I've just got off the phone to Los Angeles after a 12 year absence since the death of Ellen Corby. A very special lady called Stella Luchetta (Ellen's life time friend of 45 years)sill lives in the same house where Ellen resided following her stroke of 1976. Stella was so kind in arranged my two meetings with Ellen in 1988 and 1991. I even drove Ellen and Stella to Mirabelles restaurant on Sunset Strip for lunch. Today I spoke to Stella and is still in good health. Thanks Stella for being such a kind and thoughtful friend.
